Before
moving to the business community, I taught Political Science, Public
Administration, Management, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, and
Statistics at the University of Georgia, University of Connecticut,
Fairleigh-Dickinson University, and Yale University.
I
am an alumnus of the University of Georgia, have a Ph.D. from the
School of Public and International Affairs. I was fortunate to be able
to study with Frank Gibson, Dean Rusk, Robert Golembiewski, and Charles
Bullock.
I
also have advanced work in Statistics, and an M.A., and B.A. in
Political Science. I have chaired panels and presented research at a
variety of professional association meetings. I am the author of
scholarly articles, several methodologies, book chapters, and a
textbook on Budgeting and Finance.
