I am the founder of Smith Walker & Associates Incorporated. Smith Walker is a combination Export/Import Management firm and general management consulting firm. The firm focuses upon technology, finance, and critical business processes.

Smith Walker also provides appellate legal services. We conduct legal research and write legal briefs, memoranda of law, and appellate pleadings.

I am the co-founder of Condominium Solutions Inc. This organization was created to provide education and help to owners of condominiums and those living in home owner associations.

I am on the Board of several private organizations. In the area of community service, I have worked with domestic violence since 1975. I am the Chief Information Officer of the Peace Project, a domestic violence project. I am also a Director of Parents Without Rights and of the Florida Judicial Accountability Initiative Law's political committee. I am the co-founder of NetWorkShows.Com Incorporated, where I served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. I was a principal in Budget Air Express.

I have over twenty years of experience in business and information systems. I have held such positions as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, or Chief Information Officer. I have been fortunate to work with such companies as IBM, AT&T, GE, J. Crew, GAB Robins, and Hoffman La Roche. In my career, I have focused upon business, technology, and strategic planning, process improvement, cost control, quality improvement, efficiency, effectiveness, operations, and customer support. I am also a supporter of Stephen Covey’s Value Focused Leadership.
